Our 7-day luxury UGC retreat is designed with the perfect balance of structure, learning, content creation, and downtime. While the final schedule may evolve slightly, here’s what you can expect:

✔️ Workshop Days You’ll have 2 full days of UGC training workshops with Sarah Phun, covering strategy, filming techniques, client relationships, systems, brand positioning and more.

✔️ Content Days You’ll enjoy 3 dedicated content days where you can film at your own pace, complete client work, collaborate with other creators, or pitch/film luxury lifestyle content for brands.

✔️ Pilates & Wellness Most mornings begin with Pilates, optional wellness activities, and nourishing breakfasts.

✔️ Incredible Meals A private chef will prepare beautiful breakfasts, lunches, and dinners each day.

✔️ Free Time Your schedule includes daily free time, allowing you to:

• relax by the pool

• edit content

• take client calls

• explore the local area

• visit nearby cafés or beach clubs

• rest, nap, or decompress You’re welcome to leave the villa at your own discretion during free-time blocks.

✔️ Fun Activities & Outings Some evenings include optional group outings like dinners or beach clubs (pending schedule and potential sponsorships).

✔️ 1:1 Coaching There will also be opportunities for personal feedback sessions with Sarah to refine your content and business strategy.

✔️ Final Day We close with a beautiful breakfast, packing time, and a group lunch to celebrate your week of growth.

Sarah X Studio reserves the right to adjust the schedule, workshops, activities, or facilities if needed due to weather, safety, or operational requirements. Any changes will be made with participant experience in mind.

Nope! Whether you're just starting out or already working with brands, this retreat is built to meet you where you are and help you level up.

Workshops are designed with unique content that UGC creators of all stages can use and implement. And because of the intimate size of the retreat, you will have 1:1 time with Sarah for close-knit coaching and tailored advice, no matter what stage you’re at.

Participants are responsible for:

• flights to/from Bali

• visas and travel permits

• travel insurance

• medical expenses

• personal purchases and optional activities

• airport transfers (unless specified otherwise later)

Yes, all attendees are responsible for arranging their own visas and travel insurance. We recommend checking the visa requirements for your country's passport well in advance and ensuring your travel insurance covers health, travel delays, and any personal belongings for the duration of the retreat. This ensures you can relax and fully enjoy the experience without any unexpected issues.

Payment Terms

- Full payment upfront is required to secure your spot.

- Payments must be made according to the schedule provided at booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Full payment is refundable (minus the 2.9% Stripe card transaction fee) if cancelled on or before 1 February 2026.

- After 1 February 2026, all payments are non-refundable.

- If you cancel, you may transfer your spot to another person with written permission from Sarah X Studio.

- If the retreat is cancelled by Sarah X Studio (e.g., unforeseen circumstances, minimum numbers not met), participants will receive a full refund.

The retreat is designed as a business development and educational experience, which means many creators are able to claim it as a business expense. Check with your accountant to see how this applies to your individual circumstances.

We keep this retreat intentionally intimate to ensure every creator receives personalised support, direct coaching, and the space to create high-quality content.

You can expect 8-10 female UGC creators — large enough to build community and collaboration opportunities, but small enough that Sarah can work closely with each participant throughout the week.

This ensures a luxury, high-touch experience where you’re not just “someone in the crowd.” and will actually leave feeling like family with other creators on the retreat.
